I bought a bathroom mirror with led lights 3 years ago. Although at that time the delivery was delay but I got my package at the end. Now recently I started to have problem with the lights, it starts to blink constantly as soon as I turn it on. So after investigation it looks the led lights are fine but the problem is with the electronic transformer. I contacted spiegel21 and now they send me a new transformer for free. I haven't fixed it yet in the mirror but sending a new transformer is already a good gesture of service for me. Hence I give it 5 stars now. I would buy the mirror again with this company.
I bought first one mirror for restroom, then two more for bathroom and 2nd restroom. I recommend the profi mounting set.
Sehr große Auswahl an Spiegeln zu meiner Meinung nach sehr guten Preisen! Ich habe mir einen Lasergravur Spiegel mit vorab Beratung anfertigen lassen. Die Berater waren sehr nett und Freundlich sowie äußerst Kompetent! Individuelle Anpassung der Kundenwünsche. Top! Nur zu empfehlen! Gerne wieder!
